The Foldline
Between the layers of rooms and streets, life unfolds
Designed as a new residential model, my design integrates private living with active community life.
Shared balcony spaces on each floor serve as a focal point for residents creating a dynamic environment.
The project creates a seamless dialogue between the building’s private and communal spaces and the neighborhood’s lively urban rhythm.

Concept Evolution Diagram
Starting from the simplicity of a square, the form is gradually fractured and reinterpreted to introduce openness and invitation. Through an ongoing exploration of spatial relationships and form, the geometry gently opens softening the boundary between inside and out.
This process ultimately generates a vertical sequence of floors connected by shared balconies.
