Set at the crossroads in the middle of Tel Aviv, the building stands at one of the most prominent intersections in the evolving urban fabric. But how can a building assert its presence while simultaneously preserving the void? This tension defines the project’s architectural approach, where built form and open space coexist in careful balance.

The corner lot, once left open as a single-level parking area, offered a rare sense of openness and unobstructed views within the dense fabric of Tel Aviv. Preserving this quality becomes the starting point of the design.

By zooming into the facade, the vertical articulation becomes evident. The fine linear elements and multiplicity of windows generate a continuous rhythm, accentuating the slender and elongated character of the building.
